Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Define goals, develop plans to meet production schedules, resolve technical issues, and supervise daily operations.
- Translate customer requirements into efficient and cost-effective manufacturing strategies and processes.
- Allocate resources to meet production targets, maximize operational capacity, and ensure team members receive appropriate training.
- Lead and monitor continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring full compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Develop and implement action plans to achieve departmental goals in labor efficiency, resource utilization, housekeeping, and productivity.
- Strong proficiency in production control, including monitoring production adherence and attainment, managing scrap levels, analyzing production variances, and tracking work order aging to support operational profitability.




- Evaluate employee performance based on company standards for quality, productivity, and career development.
- Ensure a balanced distribution of skills across the team to effectively meet production plans.
- Build and enhance employee skill sets to foster a cross-functional and high-performing workforce.
- Promote teamwork and maintain a fair, positive work environment that encourages strong work ethics and team spirit.

Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role; molding experience is a strong plus.
