- On-target earnings up to MXN $24,456 per month including commission

We specialize in solar panel cleaning, pressure washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof washing, and bird-proofing. We're growing fast, building out recurring maintenance subscription plans, and partnering with solar installers to keep their customers' systems performing at their best.
Position Summary
The Sales Representative converts qualified leads into booked service jobs and recurring maintenance customers across ToscoClean's full service line. This role owns the sales pipeline from first contact through close,
working leads sourced from the company CRM and installer partnerships. Success is measured by booking volume, subscription enrollment, and revenue against monthly targets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and work inbound and outbound leads from the CRM and partner referral channels through to close.
- Sell one-time services across the full menu: solar panel cleaning, pressure washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof washing, and bird-proofing.
- Enroll customers in Solar Care maintenance plans (Essential, Standard, Premium) and recurring service agreements.
- Prepare and deliver accurate service quotes and proposals.
- Follow up on open quotes, reschedules, and escalations in coordination with the operations team.
- Maintain complete, accurate records of all activity and deal stages in the CRM (HubSpot / GoHighLevel).
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly booking and revenue quotas.
