Position Summary

The Portfolio Operations Associate serves as the operational and commercial execution partner to Product Management, translating portfolio strategy into actionable tools, processes, communications, and enablement programs that support commercial success. This role coordinates product lifecycle activities, supports channel and commercial teams, manages portfolio-related requests, enables successful product launches,



and drives execution across internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio & Product Lifecycle Execution
- Serve as a primary point of contact for routine portfolio-related requests, including SKU inquiries, product information, quote support, cross-references, product specifications, and portfolio documentation.
- Coordinate execution activities associated with new product introductions (NPIs), product updates, and product lifecycle management initiatives.
- Support product setup and maintenance activities across commercial systems, sales tools, and customer-facing platforms.
- Assist with SKU creation, portfolio rationalization, product discontinuations, and sunset planning activities.
- Maintain product lifecycle records, portfolio documentation, and supporting business materials.
- Track key lifecycle milestones and coordinate follow-up activities with cross-functional stakeholders.
