The Staff TAX VAT Analyst will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with Mexico's indirect tax obligations, including Value Added Tax (VAT), Special Tax on Production and Services (IEPS), and the Informative Return of Third-Party Transactions (DIOT), while acting as a key driver of automation and digital transformation within the tax function.

This role requires a professional who combines solid technical knowledge of Mexican indirect tax regulations with a strong analytical mindset and proficiency in data analytics, process automation, and AI-enabled tools. The Analyst will be expected to move beyond traditional manual compliance work, using technology to streamline tax processes, improve data quality, and generate actionable insights for the business.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (degree completed/certified).:
- Certifications in taxation, data analytics, or process automation are a plus.

Language
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and spoken), required for collaboration with general teams.

Experience
- 3+ years of experience in indirect tax compliance in Mexico (VAT, IEPS, DIOT), preferably within a multinational company, shared services center, or Big4 environment.:
- Prior exposure to tax audits or interactions with the Mexican Tax Administration Service (SAT) is highly valued.
