Operating as a lean, founder-led team, they manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining high standards for performance and delivery.
The SEO Operations Specialist sits at the intersection of SEO strategy and agency operations, ensuring seamless execution across multiple client accounts. This role is responsible for managing reporting, conducting technical SEO audits, coordinating content workflows, and maintaining operational systems that support delivery at scale. You will work closely with leadership while independently managing projects, client communication, and performance tracking.



This position is adecuado for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, enjoys solving complex SEO challenges, and is highly proactive in building systems and processes.
You will directly contribute to driving measurable organic growth for multiple B2B clients through data-driven SEO strategies and execution. You will play a key role in strengthening client relationships by delivering actionable insights and maintaining high-quality communication. Additionally, you will help scale internal systems and processes, enabling the agency to operate efficiently while maintaining strong performance outcomes and client satisfaction.
