What We Are Looking For
7+ years of experience in business process mapping.
Deep expertise in systems engineering.
Strong consulting or professional services background with project-based, client-facing delivery experience.
Proven experience with application modernization, re-architecting legacy or mainframe-class systems into modern cloud platforms targeting Java, Go, or .NET.
Strong requirements gathering skills at a senior, stakeholder-facing level.
Advanced proficiency in English.
Nice To Have
Mainframe or COBOL domain familiarity.
