Workday Analyst – Compensation & Benefits At BairesDev
In this role, you'll work with HR stakeholders, gather requirements, and support configuration directly in Workday. This is a hands-on configuration role, working closely with a team supporting global offices across multiple countries.
What You'll Do
Help gather requirements from HR stakeholders and support configuration directly in Workday.
Support Compensation and Benefits configuration, including annual events like merit cycles and open enrollment.
Help configure Talent Management processes within Workday.
Support custom reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer.
What We Are Looking For
Experience with Workday HCM.
Familiarity with Workday Core HR configuration.
Experience with Workday Compensation and Benefits configuration.
Familiarity with Workday Talent Management.
Advanced level of English.
Nice To Have
Familiarity with Workday integrations, including EIBs or Core Connectors.
Exposure to Workday Time Tracking or Absence Management.
Experience with Workday Report Writer.
