POSITION OBJECTIVE:
Provide support to the Labor Relations department in administrative and operational activities related to personnel management, contributing to compliance with labor regulations, employee assistance, and the proper administration of internal processes. We are looking for a proactive, organized individual with a strong service attitude and a desire to grow professionally in Human Resources and Labor Relations
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follow up on documentation related to labor processes.
Assist in preparing department reports and metrics.
Help respond to employee inquiries and resolve basic concerns.
Assist in maintaining and archiving labor documentation.
Provide support with employee status changes and offboarding processes.
Help draft internal communications and announcements.
Track activities and projects assigned by the Labor Relations department.
Ensure accurate data entry and updating of information in internal systems.
Collaborate on initiatives aimed at enforcing labor policies and procedures.

EDUCATION / CARRERS:
Bachelor: Currently studying a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Administration, Human Resources.

LANGUAGE:
Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
English advanced (Min. 80%)
French or german is an advantage
