Role Overview
The Mid-Market Commercial Account Executive focuses on high-growth organizations with strong expansion potential. Acting as a strategic advisor,



you will be responsible for driving end-to-end sales initiatives — from prospecting to closing — within a territory defined by industry or geographic region.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and expand a portfolio of accounts (a mix of existing customers and new prospects)
Drive strategic, consultative sales engagements in mid-sized accounts
Generate new business within existing accounts and untapped markets
Develop and execute territory plans focused on revenue growth
Deliver accurate forecasts for pipeline and sales activity
Build relationships with key stakeholders across multiple levels (C-level to operational leadership)
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, positioning the full Salesforce portfolio (Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce, AI)
Ensure customer satisfaction and foster client referencability
