Job Description
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to support our operations.
This role focuses on delivering high-quality customer support through a call center environment, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer experience.
͏Key Responsibilities
Process new enrollments, terminations, reinstatements, and eligibility updates.
Validate member information and ensure accurate maintenance of records within enrollment systems.
Support premium billing activities, payment reconciliation, and billing adjustments.Investigate and resolve enrollment and billing discrepancies.
Review enrollment transactions for accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate with Member Services, Providers, Employer Groups, and other internal departments regarding enrollment and billing issues.
Generate reports and maintain documentation related to enrollment and billing activities.
Support audits, compliance reviews, and quality assurance initiatives.Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time metrics.




Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulatory requirements.
Requirements͏
6 months to 3 years of experience in Customer Service.
English Advanced level.
High School graduated.
Professional customer service skills: solution mindset, helping nature, passion for the customer and customer experience.
Fair written and verbal communication skills.
Critical thinking and logical thinking.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Thinks outside of the box.
Demonstrated ability to be a fast learner and diligent worker.
Problem solving abilities.
Type of work, schedule and our offer
This is an On-site position.
Schedule
Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 8 PM (general/rotative shift but 24/7 availability).
