Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in Pricing Strategy and Pricing Structure, with a strong technical understanding of pricing methodologies, analytics, and value-based pricing.

Previous experience in a pricing consultancy firm is highly preferred.

Solid background in B2B environments, ideally within industries such as: Construction or Building Materials,



Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Food & Beverage, Oil & Gas, Other industrial B2B sectors.

Demonstrated regional experience managing pricing initiatives across multiple countries or markets in Latin America.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into strategic pricing recommendations.

High level of stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Advanced English proficiency is required.
