Your Role
As a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) at Capgemini, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and executing automated testing solutions across APIs, integrations, and user interfaces. You will work closely with development and QA teams to ensure high-quality, scalable, and reliable software delivery.
This is a hybrid role based in Aguascalientes, combining on-site collaboration with remote flexibility.
This role requires strong technical expertise in automation frameworks, programming skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in Agile environments with integral stakeholders.
Responsibilities & Scope
Design and execute API, integration,
and end-to-end UI test automation strategies.
Perform testing across middle-tier systems, validating APIs that interact with databases and external services.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using modern frameworks and tools.
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing gaps, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities.
Leverage AI-based tools for bug analysis, test optimization, and issue consolidation.
Ensure high-quality releases through scalable and efficient test automation practices.
