Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Fulfillment to lead our logistics and distribution operations in Monterrey, Mexico. This is a strategic leadership role that will oversee all fulfillment activities across our growing network, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.



You will partner closely with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Sales, and Supply Chain to develop and execute innovative logistics strategies that drive efficiency and support our business growth objectives. As we expand our North American footprint, this role offers the opportunity to shape the future of our fulfillment operations while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing culture.

Lead and manage all fulfillment and distribution operations, including warehousing, transportation, inventory control, reverse logistics, and value-added services across multiple sites
Develop and execute comprehensive logistics strategies that optimize cost, service levels, inventory performance, and network efficiency while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
Oversee domestic, international, and cross-border transportation operations, ensuring full compliance with Mexican customs regulations, trade
