We are seeking a highly motivated doctoral researcher to investigate how employees use personalised AI tools, automations, and AI agents, and how these practices affect collaboration, oversight, and organisational resilience. The position is part of the international EMANAIRE doctoral network and offers interdisciplinary training and international collaboration.
