About the Role
We are looking for a Document Control Specialist to assist our plants and RnD teams from North America to China, with a focus on North American teams.



Responsibilities include improving configuration and change management processes, ensuring data transfer between PLM and ERP systems, and managing our Business Management System. The role requires collaboration across departments and supports proceprocessesss efficiently in global operations.
What You Will Do
Actively participate in Engineering Change Notices to ensure adequate participation, completeness, and accuracy of work performed.
Facilitate Change Review Board.
Follow up KPIon s and initiate actions for improvements.
Manage materials (Parts, End Items), BOM structures, and Lifecycle states in various systems (CIS, PLM an,d ERP) and according to established business requirements.
Complete change tasks and workflows in a timely manner and according to business standards.
Support various teams (Project and Product Managers, Design and Sustaining Engineering,
Manufacturing, etc.) on the development activities of new and existing products and the associa
