About the Role:
Uber’s People & Places (P&P;) team handles all things people-related so that our employees around the world are empowered to do their best work. Our HR Business Partner organization sits within P&P; and aligns with senior business leaders to help them achieve their organizational goals through strategic actions that enable the organization and its talent. This role will support Uber’s Mobility business in the LATAM region.

What You'll Do:
- Partner with senior business leaders in assigned business line(s) in a consultative role to navigate current and future business needs, while influencing and driving the HRBP and P&P; agenda in alignment with Uber’s overall priorities.
- Develop a deep understanding of assigned business line(s), and build relationships and rapport with business leaders in order to strategically influence and provide expert-level consultation daily.
- Partner with senior leaders to craft and understand strategies for their leadership team, their employees, and broader organization of assigned business lines,



in alignment with the P&P; organization and Uber overall. Complete these strategies to respond to the current and future needs of the business while keeping a global perspective.
- Understand and influence how Uber’s HR processes work end-to-end and what the strategy, approach and philosophy is behind how these programs impact the business. Utilize this deep understanding to influence outcomes and behaviors within the business.
- Constantly think about how to improve the efficiency of the organization - looking at teams, governance, external factors - then structuring and implementing initiatives to address opportunities.
- Draw upon deep collaboration and influencing skills to shape Uber’s business and general P&P; agenda to deliver on Uber’s goals. Influence across matrixed business and P&P; organizations to drive appropriate outcomes without directly controlling resources.
