Nissan is currently seeking a dynamic, motivated and leader individual to fill an opening position for a Finance Manager, Vehicle Cost Management (ACO VCM) to join our team in Toluca, Mexico.
This position will manage a team of 2-3 professional program controllers.
Job Functions include, but are not limited to:
Develop, facilitate and control the current budget and forecast for Purchased Parts, Vendor Tooling, Logistics and Manufacturing for all New Model Car Programs (Minor Model and Full Model Change) in the Americas region during the Product Development Phase

Will work as part of the Product Development Team to ensure that the vehicle purchased parts, vendor tooling, Logistics and Manufacturing budgets and forecasts are updated periodically (depending on size and strategic importance) to reflect the current design intent, risks and opportunities, commercial issues and other items brought forward by the team.
Ensure the timely and accurate reporting of program financial conditions to all members of the Product Development Team (Engineering,
Purchasing, Program Directors (PMO), Chief Vehicle Engineers, etc.).
TdC (Total delivery Cost - COGS+R&D;) Actuals tracking to measure the progress of Cost Reduction targets by function.
Will engage in business case development as necessary and support other functional groups in order to optimize cost height and profitability.
Promote early identification of risks and opportunities to the development programs in an objective and independent manner.
Cost Reduction opportunity generation, along with challenging and supporting the implementation of this CR OPP, through the following activities (but not limited to):
Internal vehicle & commodity benchmarking
External vehicle & commodity benchmarking
Feature cost analysis to support Right sizing activities
Will develop Business Plan for "Minor and Full Model Change", working very closely with Finance, Purchasing, R&D; and PMO.
