- Identify Integral Opportunities to standardize & optimize User Experience leveraging Global sourcing strategy
- Design exceptional User Experience using effective combination of innovative technologies and Global sourcing strategy
- Drive consistent results using effective Metrics Based Management of Global Vendor Operations and managing internal and external resources to deliver outstanding Global operations
- Review and Report on Key Operational Metrics with Key Stakeholders and ensure effective & timely escalation process is used in case of SLA non-comp
