What will you bring to the team.

Toshiba Integral Commerce Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our Guadalajara team. As a Level III Engineer, you will play a key technical role in maintaining and advancing our enterprise web dashboards using React, Kibana, and Elasticsearch, contributing both to implementation and strategic design decisions





What will you be doing:
As a Sr. Full-Stack Web Developer, you will:
- Lead the design and development of scalable, maintainable features across the frontend (React) and backend (API integration, Elasticsearch).
- Drive architectural decisions, component reuse strategies, and UI/UX best practices.
- Design advanced Elasticsearch queries and Kibana dashboards for operational intelligence, diagnostics, and customer-facing insights.
- Act as a technical liaison, collaborating with stakeholders from QA, DevOps, PM, and senior architects.
- Guide the integration of new technologies, libraries, and tools to enhance system performance and maintainability.
- Take ownership of full-cycle feature development: requirements gathering, technical specification, implementation, testing, and release.
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
