Your role is crucial for growth, because you will:
- Be responsible for the full hiring process.
- Identify people, who appear to be a good fit for our company.
- Manage a variety of vacancies, prioritize on the fly, multitask (in STX you will mostly be responsible for ~ 6 open positions at a time, across multiple roles and projects).
- Take part in internal HR related projects.
- Cooperate with colleagues from growing TA&A; team - teamwork is our key value
- Support EB team with recruitment data.
- Work closely with HR BP, Internal Communication and HR Administration teams in terms of hiring & onboarding.

Requirements:
Must have:
- Have proven solid experience in IT recruitment (over 3 years for Regular, at least 5 years for Senior).
