Purpose of the job:
Troubleshooting of Alstom products at customer site in order to ensure their availability.
Provide technical expertise to other maintenance teams, subcontractors, warranty support team, project team members and less experienced personnel.

Product Introduction (PI) and Maintenance teams are both part of Services group, providing support to our customers during railways operations.
Reports directly to:
PI Supervisor or Maintenance Field Engineer

Troubleshooting Manager or Team Leader, or Maintenance Supervisor

Job location:
The position is based at one of the sites in Yucatán peninsula where the rolling stock stops after revenue service : workshops, parking yards, stations.
Occasionally it can be required to accompany a driver during a test run or during revenue service, or to make an intervention anywhere on the Tren Maya line.

Troubleshooting activities are typically managed by rotation on different shifts:
most of corrective job on trains is undertaken during night shift, and technical assistance coverage is
