Community based delivery mainly across Liverpool

The Adult & Community Learning Skills Coach will deliver high quality teaching, assessment, and learner support across a range of short, community-based adult learning programmes
funded through the Liverpool City Region Adult Skills Fund (ASF). Delivery will take place across community venues and programmes will range from short courses (minimum 15 days) to longer programmes (up to 20 weeks). The role supports adults aged 19+, many of whom may face complex barriers to learning, including mental health challenges, autism, low confidence, unemployment,



or previous negative experiences of education.

As our clients Community and Adult Learning Skills Coach you will deliver and assess programmes including (but not limited to):
CSCS Cards, Health and Safety Autism Awareness
Mental Health (Adults & Children) Team Leading
Business Administration Customer Service
Programmes may be accredited or non-accredited, depending on contract requirements

We are looking for ;
Experience delivering adult or community-based learning
Experience teaching and assessing qualifications
Knowledge of Adult Skills Fund (ASF) / AEB funding
Understanding of Ofsted expectations for adult learning
