- Current model supplier quality responsible.
- Administration Laboratory PQE BODY
- Notify suppliers about quality concerns.
- Ensure supplier implements effective containment actions, performs root cause analysis and implements corrective and preventive actions using 8D methodology.
- Perform various types of supplier process and system audits.
- Ensure compliance to Nissan integral standards and internal standards.
- Validate supplier fulfillment of ANPQP, ISO:9001 and IATF:16949 standards.
Who We're Looking for:
Required:
- Education: Industrial, mechatronic, electronic, electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Language: Business English fluent - Conversational and written (TOEIC >500).
- Experience: >1 year at supplier quality engineering.
- Experience in manufacturing technologies such as stamping,
machining, welding, plastic injection or blow molding.
- Understand manufacturing processes.
- Microsoft office excel and power point
- CAD software.
- 8D methodology.
- ANPQP Certification.
- Cross-cultural communication.
- Presentation skills.
