Position Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Legal Support Assistant (On-Site in Guadalajara) with strong communication skills, customer service experience, and advanced English proficiency.

This role supports U.S. attorneys and paralegals by handling client communication, case documentation, and administrative legal tasks.

Important: This position is 100% presencial in Guadalajara, Jalisco. Remote or hybrid work is not available.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in English and Spanish:




- Communicate professionally and empathetically with U.S.based clients
- Provide case updates following legal procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation and organized client records
- Support attorneys and paralegals with daily legal operations
- Use CRM systems and internal legal platforms

Requirements:
- Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written):
- English level directly impacts salary range:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience:
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Must reside in Guadalajara, Jalisco:
- Full-time availability (Monday-Friday):
- Ability to work 100% on-site

- Experience with CRM systems
- Administrative or legal background
