The role
Ensure compliance with quality standards in products, processes, and services through the implementation and monitoring of control methodologies, continuous improvement, and problem analysis. The Quality Coordinator acts as a technical link between production, engineering, customers,
and suppliers to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction. Support and participate in the development and implementation of the QEH&S; Management System (Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety) and develop control methods in the manufacturing of our products
How you’ll make an impact
- Work as a team with commitment to comply with the Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety Policy and Objectives of WEIDMANN Electrical Technology of Mexico.
- Use problem-solving methods to prevent the occurrence of nonconformities related to product, process, and the Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety system.
- Update key performance indicators (KPIs) of quality processes and lead corrective actions related to indicators that are below target.
- Attend Shop Floor Management meetings at levels 2 and 3 as required.
