Position objective:
Responsible for supervising and improving production, support engineering teams, and Production Supervisors, draw up safety protocols, report issues to the Manufacturing Manager, and develop strategies to improve efficiency and profit.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree Engineering industrial or chemical
- 5 years ago, in automotive industry (copper wiring, extrusion, plastics or other materials) and similar position.
- Experience in extrusion processes and with plastic PVC and polyethylene
- Strong experience in Lean manufacturing
- Six Sigma certified desirable
- Products functionality control
- Core Tools, Quality Tools,
- IATF 16949 knowledge
- Microsoft Office proficient
- English 75%

Main responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and oversee all elements of production with Production Supervisors
- Assess and analyze current production methods
- Develop and draft an improved production process.Design and implement cost-reductive changes.
- Maximize productivity of machinery and workers.




- Coordinate with R&D; in order to define products specifications according to the customer requirements and norms.
- Approve the SOP of new products
- Develop, validate and implement new processes and improve existing processes.
- Maximize Production Quality Requirements
- Give support to Quality, IP and all areas involved in process of manufacturing
