In this role, you will play a key role in:
- Managing a team of 4 direct reports
- Overseeing on-premise infrastructure including servers, storage, and backup systems
- Coordinating infrastructure issues and supporting product teams
- Handling P1/P2 incidents within SLA and monitoring system health
- Managing vendor relationships and service level compliance
- Supporting business initiatives through infrastructure planning and optimization
Profile:
- 10+ years of IT/IS experience, including 5 years in ITIL, multi-vendor environments, and technical specialization
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and on-premise infrastructure
- Experience with Windows/Linux systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- Excellent analytical, management, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (advanced technical degree is a plus)
- Ability to communicate technical issues effectively to management and peers
