Project & CI Specialist

Position Objective
The purpose of this role is to support strategic initiatives by coordinating project activities and contributing to automation and solution‑implementation efforts. The person in this position will work closely with cross‑functional teams,



supporting data analysis, process documentation, and optimization initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency.
- Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Continuous Improvement Support
- Support end‑to‑end process documentation and mapping.
- Help identify inefficiencies, rework, and standardization opportunities.
- Assist in Lean initiatives and structured problem‑solving activities.
- Collect, track, and maintain performance metrics.
