We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Partner Sr Analyst to be the right hand of our City Key Accounts leadership team, ensuring DiDi Food has the right strategy and responsible for the execution of it. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with commercial, operations, and product teams, as well as direct interaction with partner restaurants to make sure our strategy is impactfu and strong analytical skills to deepdive into relevant data and get useful insights for the commercial team.

Role Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary source of data-driven insights, providing actionable recommendations to the City Managers and commercial directors.
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, or R to identify trends, opportunities, and efficiencies across Didi Food.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, ensuring the business stays on track to meet its goals.
- Lead strategic projects, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable impact.
