About the Role

As a Attorney, you will manage the end-to-end contract process for Keysight’s Latin America region, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements for products, services, and software licenses. This position requires fluency in Spanish and English to manage cross-border contracts and collaborate with general teams. You will work closely with sales, finance,



and business teams to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and accelerate business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Lead contract negotiations with customers across Latin America within Keysight’s risk tolerance.
- Draft, review, and manage customer contracts, including commercial, government, and channel partner agreements.
- Develop responses to RFPs and support sales teams with contract strategy.
- Assess risk of non-standard terms and manage escalations for approval.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
- Maintain knowledge of government permits and operational requirements in Mexico.
- Serve as point of contact for legal matters in the Latin America region.
- Support contract transitions during corporate acquisitions.
- Utilize contract lifecycle management and AI tools and contribute to process improvements.
