As we transition from a service-oriented model to a product-driven platform, we are expanding our Mexico-based remote team. We are looking for a Project Manager, Healthcare Research for our Top Off Team to contribute to our mission by managing end-to-end execution of quantitative research studies and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and with clear, proactive client communication.

HowYou'll Make an Impact:
- Client Engagement: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, managing expectations, and providing strategic recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Problem-Solving: Identify potential risks and challenges, proactively addressing issues to keep projects on time and on budget.
- Operational Execution: Oversee all aspects of fieldwork management including sample management and vendor management, ensuring we deliver high-quality results to our customers.
- Budget & Financial Management: Understand project budgets, manage vendor costs, and escalate concerns.
