Sales Advisor Specialist (B2B Relationship Management & Follow-Up)

About the Role

We are a growing business consulting firm focused on financial solutions and business development. We are looking for a proactive, results-driven sales professional with strong communication skills and cultural awareness to work with B2B clients and partners.

OBJECTIVE

Drive business growth by managing relationships with a field broker and following up with qualified leads, converting opportunities into closed deals—primarily with business owners in the financial and corporate sectors.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with a field broker who provides qualified leads and business opportunities.
- Conduct timely and effective follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Present solutions clearly and guide clients through the sales process.
- Negotiate and close deals aligned with performance targets (on-target earnings).
- Meet monthly sales goals tied to bonuses and incentives.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in B2B sales,



account management, or client-facing roles.
- Prospecting experience is a plus.
- Strong follow-up, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business owners and executives.
- Strong cultural awareness and professionalism in diverse business environments.
- Experience in the financial sector or consulting is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets.
- Availability for 100% in-person work.
- Native-level English proficiency (required).
- Must have lived in the United States (strongly preferred).
