RUI is expanding its operations in Mexico City and is looking for Bilingual Retention Experts who are passionate about building strong customer relationships and delivering long‑term value.

As a Retention Expert, you will use analytical thinking, empathy, and effective communication to strengthen customer loyalty, prevent churn, and enhance the customer experience in a fast‑paced, professional environment.

What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in retention, sales, or customer service:
- Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills:
- Analytical mindset to assess customer needs and trends
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish:
- Experience in call centers and CRM systems is a plus
