What You'll Do:




- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical calls, disturbances, alarms and/or suspicious activity.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floor, entrances, parking areas, receiving areas and perimeter as applicable. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.
- Monitor customer and employee activity to help to deter theft, loitering and/or other policy violations, and report concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
- Control access to non-public areas by verifying authorization for vendors, contractors and/or deliveries, and directing visitors to the appropriate point of contact.
