We are seeking a Bilingual Administrative Support team member to assist with document review, data entry, and general administrative tasks. This role involves working with a high volume of documents, primarily in English, and supporting internal processes through accurate record-keeping and deadline tracking.

This is an on-site, full-time position suited for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with routine administrative work.

Key Responsibilities

Review and read internal and external documents (mostly in English)

Enter, update, and maintain accurate records

Organize digital and physical files

Track deadlines and required documentation

Provide general administrative and clerical support

Use Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive,



Google Docs) and Microsoft tools for daily tasks

Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (reading and writing required)

Comfortable working with documents and repetitive administrative tasks

Tech-friendly and able to learn new systems quickly

Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred

Able to stay organized, follow instructions, and meet deadlines
