We are seeking a Temporary Freelance Senior Recruiter to join us for a 10- to 12-month period on a strategic client project:
The Sr. TA Partner will play an integral part in providing Talent Acquisition services including cross-segment recruitment expertise on all aspects of the hiring process for managerial and senior level roles in a fast paced and high demand talent market and region.
For the assigned functions/areas across the region, the Sr TA Partner is responsible for ensuring that attracts and selects high-performing, high potential Employees who will drive the business forward.
The Senior Recruiter is also responsible for Key Account Management for one (or more) segments or countries relative to their staffing needs.
The Sr Recruiter will also work on projects to improve upon or implement core talent acquisition processes and tools.
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end full-life cycle recruiting process from job posting through the final stages (inclusive of offer recommendation and creation, negotiation, closing and onboarding)
- Effectively use relevant systems, tools, and programs to ensure alignment with organizational strategies and functional metrics
- Develop recruitment strategies based on labor market analysis, benchmarking and survey data
- Serve as the Key Account Management for assigned segment(s) and anticipate hiring needs across segment(s) supported
- Leverage knowledge of best practice and capabilities of internal and external recruiters to manage the acquisition of diverse senior talent
- Provide ongoing reporting regarding status of current open roles to HR team and functional hiring manager & leaders
- Educate and advise hiring managers on selection best practices and recruitment philosophy, policy, and process
- Engage Rewards team in defining pay strategies for pay competitiveness in attracting talent while aligning to general pay principles
