Intugo, in partnership with a foreign company specializing in immigration legal services, is seeking a Receivables Supervisor / Receivables Specialist to manage the full accounts receivable lifecycle. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate billing, timely payment collection, and maintaining healthy account balances through proactive monitoring, follow-up, and process optimization.
Primary Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable Management:
- Monitor AR aging reports daily, focusing on accounts with open invoices up to 1 year
- Ensure accurate and timely invoice generation
- Follow up on outstanding balances and track collection activities
Billing & Dispute Resolution:
- Resolve billing discrepancies and investigate account issues
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure resolution
- Maintain accurate account records and documentation
Operational Oversight (Supervisor Level):
- Supervise daily team operations and drive productivity
- Monitor team performance and AR metrics to meet targets
- Run AR review meetings and ensure adherence to billing timelines
- Develop performance reports and identify process improvements
- Train and coach team members
Required Qualifications
- Experience:
- Supervisor: 1-2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable leadership
- Specialist: Strong hands-on experience in AR processes (billing, collections, reconciliation)
- Language:
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Core Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
