- Communicate, administer and ensure compliance to Company policies, procedures and safety/environmental regulations.
- Responsible for all production operations.
- Responsible for creating and meeting production KPI’s and objectives and reporting on the performance of meeting those objectives.
- Lead and support production supervisors to coordinate employee and machine utilization with production scheduling.
- Maintain and provide accurate manufacturing information by compiling, sorting and analyzing performance data.
- Observe and react to work flow by monitoring production processes, equipment and personnel to meet production goals.
- Facilitate engineering activities in support of new product, process, and equipment introduction.
- Recommend measures to improve production methods, efficiencies, equipment performance, and quality of product to meet or exceed company goals.
- Implement cost control programs.




- Represent the manufacturing department and provide input to the product realization process.
- Responsible for the creation of production department budgets.
- Determine necessary resources required for manufacturing operations and request to add or remove resources as needed.
- Ability to work closely with other team members and assist others in interrelated tasks as needed.
