Join WK Kellogg Co in Querétaro as a Junior Accounts Payable Analyst.Support the accuracy and integrity of our Accounts Payable operations. As a Junior Accounts Payable Analyst, you will play a key role in maintaining AP Cash and SCF Suspense Accounts, ensuring timely reconciliation, and supporting payment processes. In this temporary role, your attention to detail and strong coordination with internal teams and suppliers will help keep our financial operations running smoothly.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING




- Maintain AP Suspense Accounts:
Support the maintenance, reconciliation, and clearing of AP Cash and SCF Suspense Accounts, including open items from prior periods.
- Payment Reconciliation:
Reconcile payment proposals and follow up on discrepancies to ensure data accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Cash Management and Payment teams to resolve integrity questions, explanations, and required corrections.
- Supplier Interaction:
Communicate directly with suppliers when duplicate payments or related issues are identified.
- Issue Resolution:
Research, analyze, and troubleshoot discrepancies to ensure timely clearing and accurate financial records.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or a related business field.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to research issues and identify effective solutions.
- Proficient English
