IMPORT & EXPORT MANAGER
Position Purpose Provide strategic leadership for all Import & Export activities, ensuring full compliance with customs and foreign trade regulations while supporting business growth, operational continuity,



cost optimization, and risk mitigation.
Position Information
Reports To: Plant Manager Direct Reports: 2-7 Employees Level: Management
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership Define and execute Import & Export strategy. Advise leadership on foreign trade matters. Lead risk mitigation and business continuity initiatives. Support launches, expansions, and supply chain transformations.
- Trade Compliance & Governance Own IMMEX, PROSEC, Annex 24, Annex 30, USMCA/T-MEC, OEA and CTPAT compliance. Lead compliance reviews and trade risk assessments. Approve customs classification, valuation, and origin determinations.
- Operations Management Ensure continuity of international material flow. Manage brokers, carriers, and freight forwarders. Resolve critical logistics and customs escalations.
- Audits & Government Relations Lead internal, external and government audits. Represent the company before SAT, ANAM
