Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico (100% On-Site - Not Remote)
Schedule: Full-Time | 5 Days per Week | In-Office
Monthly Salary: $13,000 - $16,000 MXN _(Based on English proficiency and experience)_

Position Overview

We are currently hiring a Bilingual Intake Specialist in Guadalajara, Jalisco for a fully on-site position. This role is idóneo for professionals with strong English skills who enjoy structured administrative work and client communication.

As a Bilingual Intake Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling inbound calls in English and Spanish, collecting essential information, and accurately entering data into our intake and case management systems.

Important: This is a presential (on-site) position in Guadalajara. Remote or hybrid work is not available.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls in English and Spanish with professionalism and empathy.




- Conduct client intake interviews and gather accurate personal and case information.
- Enter data into CRM and intake systems with high attention to detail.
- Perform administrative tasks related to the intake process.
- Follow structured workflows and internal procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:
- Advanced English level (spoken and written) - salary depends on English proficiency.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Comfortable multitasking while using multiple computer systems.
- Ability to work on-site in Guadalajara, Jalisco.

Preferred Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in:
- Customer service
- Call center roles
- Administrative positions
- Intake or client support roles
- Experience with CRM systems or data entry preferred.
- Experience working with U.
