POSITION OBJECTIVE: Standardize, centralize, and keep up to date the documentation for the Introduction of New Assets (INA) and asset management in GTI, ensuring the traceability of spare parts, critical process parameters, and maintenance. In addition, develop applied engineering skills in the intern through guided participation in improvement and line support projects.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
INA documentation for new and existing assets (equipment, fixtures, tools).
Organization and uploading of information to GTI with standard structure (drawings, spare parts BOM, manuals, critical parameters).
Compilation of spare parts and consumables catalog (internal/supplier codes, useful life, location).
Standardization of formats/templates (INA, asset file, QR quick guide, registration in GTI).
Participation in a mini-engineering project.
Support for NPI/setup of new assets (tests, checklist, initial parameters).
Preparation of a manual entitled "How to document INA and upload it to GTI" to institutionalize the process.
Project: Reduction of downtime due to unidentified consumables
