Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Editorial Leadership: Acts as the editorial and strategic lead for "Always On" operations, overseeing narrative vision, creative consistency, and social media performance.




- Data-Driven Creativity: Operates in a hybrid role spanning strategy, data, and creativity, ensuring every editorial decision is informed by insights, cultural context, and business objectives.
- Strategic Translation: Translates social strategy and brand objectives (defined alongside the client) into clear editorial priorities, narrative arcs, and actionable directions for the team.
- Team Management: Directly leads and manages Content Managers and Community Managers, ensuring alignment between storytelling, creative execution, and audience engagement.
- Editorial Oversight: Supervises editorial planning, validating creative approaches, formats, and messaging prior to production, with a steadfast focus on quality, craft, and cultural relevance.
- Performance Optimization: Interprets quantitative and qualitative data in collaboration with the Data team to optimize content, define narrative focus,
