We are seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Manager. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing partners, securing and finding growth opportunities, and communicating with partners to develop mutually beneficial relationships.

Business Development Manager role is critical in driving our business forward in Spain and offers opportunities to work closely with:
- Key players in the financial services industry (including consumer finance, banking, and insurance companies), helping them maximize their customer acquisition strategies through our lead generation platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new partnerships
- Deliver commercial presentations
- Negotiate agreements, commercial terms, and volume commitments
- Manage existing partners, including publishers, lenders, banks, and brokers
- Conduct performance reviews and define account growth plans
- Build, maintain, and strengthen partner relationships
- Identify opportunities to optimize partner revenue
- Monitor KPIs and overall account health
- Coordinate with internal teams, including performance marketing, IT, and finance
- Support contract management, invoicing, and basic reconciliations
- Gather market intelligence and contribute to strategic planning
- Present findings, ideas, and new partnership opportunities to the Country Manager
