Responsibilities:
The Opportunity in Mexico City:
This role plays a critical part in supporting Sales and Go-To-Market teams based in UK across global markets by ensuring accurate route and customer configuration, real-time issue resolution,



and consistent execution of last-mile delivery processes.

With regional scope across Latin America, this position helps ensure service-level compliance while enabling standardized, scalable, and efficient operations that directly impact business performance and customer satisfaction.

Your Impact:
As a Last Mile Analyst, you will:
- Analyze and validate route structures, including route types, number of routes, customer allocation, and regional coverage.
- Execute large-scale updates such as geocoding corrections, vehicle assignments, new customer setups, and performance report updates using business intelligence tools.
- Identify and correct configuration issues, including inaccurate geocodes, incorrect route-to-vehicle assignments, customers outside designated clusters, depot setup inconsistencies, and loading schedules.
