Job purpose
BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for “dynamic, results driven” individual to join as a Instrumentalist Technician. The main responsibilities of this role include ensure the availability and reliability of company assets by performing preventive maintenance on instruments and integrated control systems.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain computer equipment and all software required for control systems in optimal operating condition.
- Manage proper backup and version control of programs in equipment that includes control systems.
- Support the Manufacturing Engineering department with actions aimed at optimizing control and safety systems.
- Provide direct support to the Maintenance department in both corrective and preventive activities.
- Perform maintenance on instruments and devices associated with control systems in production equipment.
