What will the work look like for me?

We are currently seeking Administrative & Operations Support team member to join our team. This role supports the daily administrative and operational needs of Daktronics Mexico’s manufacturing operations. The position works closely with the HR Generalist and maintains a dotted-line relationship with the Plant Manager.

Key responsibilities include:
- Support the Plant Manager by scheduling meetings,



coordinating meeting logistics, preparing dashboards and materials for Tier IV and other operational meetings.
- Provide factory and operations support by assisting with routings, pre-build coordination with U.S. scheduling teams, work order releases, printing, assembly documentation, and rescheduling activities.
- Support production and planning activities by monitoring past due work orders, open issues, transfer orders, lead times, MRP reports, and purging closed work orders.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain operational reports including sales order date verification, preliminary sales order reports, and other production-related reporting.
- Maintain accurate data capture and reporting using Microsoft Excel.
