As the Latin America Business Development Manager for ARM-based Consumer Solutions, you will lead the creation and execution of 4P strategy (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) tailored to local market dynamics. Your role is pivotal in enabling go-to-market success, ensuring product readiness, and driving performance through targeted execution and sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities




- Strategic Planning & Route-to-Market Enablement
Build and align the 4P plan across direct and indirect retail channels within the country, ensuring coverage and consistency. Define product positioning, promotional strategy, and pricing architecture tailored to local market conditions, competitive landscape, and each route-to-market. Collaborate with regional and general category, marketing, and channel teams to ensure alignment with broader business goals.
- New Product Introduction (NPI) Execution
Ensure product readiness for launch execution of ARM-based Consumer products in the country. Drive readiness across local sales, marketing, and partner teams, including evangelism of products for local trainings, demos, etc. Monitor launch execution and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
