Supporting GMSS by managing affiliate campaign operations, strategy, and media buying for integral teams
Key Accountabilities
For this vital role, we’re looking for someone who will be responsible for managing global campaign operations for affiliate marketing campaigns, working within our affiliate network platform. You will be providing campaign level support, setting up tracking links, affiliate offers, and technical troubleshooting of URLs. You will provide support to the affiliate managers across media strategy and buying in support of multiple IHG brands and internal lines of business driving engagement, awareness and direct response revenue or customer acquisition opportunities. You will provide support within the affiliate platform to manage inbox communications, send newsletters to publishers, and facilitate order inquiries. You will also actively monitor and optimize affiliate campaigns to meet KPIs. Additional responsibilities include ad hoc reporting requests, forecasting, and creative management.
Key Skills & Experiences
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or other relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience.
Experience
- 3 to 5 years practical experience in developing or planning content for digital channels within a consumer brand. Experience with marketing platforms, link development, and partner management strongly preferred. Affiliate marketing experience preferred, but not required. Travel/hospitality industry experience is a plus.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated expertise in interactive marketing and understanding of marketing across touch points.
- Understanding of brand consistency across media and content types.
- Understanding of marketing links, ad tracking and working in marketing platforms
- Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of providing information to clients, vendors, senior management and staff. Must be able to
