Document corrective, preventive, and predictive actions performed to eliminate equipment failures in the corresponding logs.Participate in plant audits and general activities (brigades, 5S audits, LPA, BBS, etc.) and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of machinery and equipment, supporting the manufacturing engineer.Observe and comply with the LOTO system requirements.Use the change control formats AHF070-QU and/or AHF089-QU as applicable.Execute root cause analysis methodologies (QRM, brainstorming, fishbone diagram, and 5 Whys)
